Deep crimson colour.  Cedar and blackcurrants greet the drinker; intense dark fruits with Indian style spices and cracked peppercorn.  The palate shows briar and red fruits such as cherry and plum upfront and leads into a soft and velvety middle palate. This merlot is truly varietal and generous.
