Evans & Tate Breathing Space Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Very pale and brilliant with a bright green tint – typical of young Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, lifted Sauvignon characters from a very good Margaret River vintage for this variety. Fig, passionfruit, cut grass and a touch of wild herbs fill the nose. Characters from the nose come across to the palate to deliver a palate that is vibrant, refreshing and long.
