The open and generous nose carries with it violets, red rose petal, bright red cherries and cranberries. Lying in wait beneath this bacchanal of red fruits are more savoury tones of wet soil, orange peel, iron-like minerality and sage. The component of whole bunch fruit leads to lifted cinnamon spice and a slightly smoky, stocky aroma that creates depth.
