Derived and distilled from the tart flavoured cherry of central and northern Europe. It is a clear, colourless liquid with a sharp acid cherry nose. The flavour is strong and penetrating and finishes with a sharp acid cherry flavour. Valued for it’s properties in enhancing the flavour of fruit dishes, deserts, other food dishes and drinks.
