A more modern style of Hunter shiraz, the small oak influence is apparent with chocolate and vanillin aromas. Intense, plum fruit sweetness with darker berry and chocolate characters. The cabernet component adds length and fullness to the wine. Drinking well young because of the extra oak, however, this wine still has the pedigree to age gracefully with time.
