The Cenosilicaphobic Cat is a stunning fusion of 15% Cinsault grapes with 85% Sagrantino grapes. A whiff of the wine offers pleasing aromas of cherry, mulberry, chocolate, lavender, liquorice, baked rhubarb and red fruits. These fragrances of rhubarb intermix with crushed rock flavours on the textured palate, supported by chewy tannins.
