The palate is pure and racy, showing lemon, lime, and white nectarine supported by crisp acidity, fine mineral texture, and a long, focused finish. Made from vines aged 10–70 years in ancient Cambrian soils, this wine is a classic cool‑climate style with excellent cellaring potential of 20+ years.
