Crafted by Master Blender Dr. Emma Walker, Black Ruby is built around whisky from Roseisle distillery (a key Diageo site famed for its rich and versatile spirit). It also incorporates malts and grains from renowned distilleries across Scotland: Cardhu, Clynelish, Caol Ila, Glenkinchie, and Cameronbridge.
Cask Maturation: A distinctive combination of first-fill red wine casks (ruby port), Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, plus ex-bourbon barrels impart layers of fruit sweetness and depth.
